Decent protein bar ideal for proteint replenishment after a workout. In common with most of these bars, they are a bit chewy and whilst they have a decent enough flavour tend to be overly sweet. This bar is by far the best I have eaten so far. They are convenient to carry, moist, cause no stomach issues and digest easily and overall represent good value.

We sampled these on vacation and he fell in love with them and since he could not marry them he made me search for them. He loves the taste and the easy of getting food in between meetings, the only drawback is that he thinks they grow on trees.

The only problem with this is it is so good. It’s hard to not eat more than one at a time. I don’t care about the price. It’s comparable to both good protein bars and good candy bars, which thus qualifies as both.

I have tried all the protein brands and grenade is the best. It has zero chalkiness and is the closest thing to an actual candy bar. The macros are on point and the peanut nutter is also a great flavor. I have only had those two flavors and would buy both again.
